Conference by Geneviève Everell (French only)

Introduced to sushi at age 19, Geneviève Everell founded Sushi à la maison in 2008. Turning a passion into a flourishing business, she built a network of chefs across Quebec, published numerous bestselling books, collaborated with Ricardo, and developed a renowned brand combining culinary creativity, entrepreneurship, and social commitment. During her talk, Geneviève will discuss the path she chose to take: one where you are the master of your own destiny.
