Conference by Geneviève Everell

Introduced to sushi at age 19, Geneviève Everell founded Sushi à la maison in 2008. Turning a passion into a flourishing business, she built a network of chefs across Quebec, published numerous bestselling books, collaborated with Ricardo, and developed a renowned brand combining culinary creativity, entrepreneurship, and social commitment.
